Mobile phone number (provided voluntarily for SMS notifications) 

Message logs (timestamps, delivery status, message history)

To send urgent company updates, operational alerts, and scheduling notifications 

To deliver security codes for IT authentication 

3. Data Sharing 

We do not sell, rent, share, or provide your mobile phone number or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 

Your information is only shared with technical service providers (such as Twilio) as needed to deliver SMS messages. 

4. Consent and Opt-In 

You voluntarily provide your mobile number via your employee profile portal or Human Resources. 

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required for employment and can be withdrawn at any time. 

5. Message Frequency and Costs 

Message frequency varies based on operational needs, typically fewer than 5 messages per week. 

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. 

6. Opt-Out 

You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message. 

You may also contact Human Resources to remove your number from our SMS program. 

7. Data Security 

We implement technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information.
