Our process begins when you become a client by signing a Master Services Agreement (MSA) and an associated Statement of Work (SOW). After paying the retainer, we start with a kickoff process where you meet your development team to discuss high-level approaches and deliverables. We'll also agree on communication preferences, such as weekly email updates or meetings, as well as frequency of interaction.
