About the Role
As a Quickbase Developer, you will design, develop, and deliver innovative business solutions on the Quickbase platform and related technologies. You’ll be responsible for providing industry and technical expertise and work closely with clients and internal teams to build applications, automate workflows, and integrate systems that make work simpler and smarter. This position is full-time and fully remote.

• Design, build, and enhance custom Quickbase applications, including forms, reports, dashboards, formulas, notifications, user access control, webhooks, automations, code pages, and pipelines based on client needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into intuitive, scalable applications.
• Support the sales team by reviewing requirements and contributing to project estimates.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows and custom business processes that drive efficiency.
• Integrate Quickbase with other platforms using RESTful APIs, Pipelines, automations, and code pages.
• Assist with business requirement gathering and analysis, process mapping, and workflow management documentation. Communicate technical requirements to the Engineering team.
• Manage and structure data within Quickbase, focusing on relationships, performance, and data integrity.
• Work cross-functionally with clients, Solutions Consultants, Engineers, and end users to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
• Ability to work independently and lead a project or participate in a project team led by a Solutions Consultant.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), manage client feedback, and ensure quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain application reliability and scalability.
• Provide technical documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices, while staying current with Quickbase platform updates.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing clear updates and recommendations.
• Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and communication as needed.
• Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
• Occasional client travel may be required.
