Sympo currently has an opening for a Quickbase Developer (remote position). Sympo Quickbase Developers are respected technologists responsible for providing industry and technical expertise to support client accounts and expansion. This includes:

• Creation of customized PaaS technology solutions to meet our clients’ specific business needs
• Pre-sales consulting by reviewing high level requirements and providing estimates
• Business process consulting, workflow automation, customizations, scripts, integrations, and formulas
• Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment

The Quickbase Developer interacts with internal teams and clients to execute the technical requirements by creating solutions within the Quickbase platform. They help monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.

Throughout the project, they provide technical documentation and communicate technical requirements to our Engineering team. They either lead a project or are on a team that is led by one of Sympo’s Solutions Consultants.

• Knowledge and experience in the low code consulting market sector
  
  
• Four + (4) years’ experience as a Quickbase Developer creating, developing, and implementing applications in the Quickbase platform
  
  
• Strong technical capability, including understanding and ability to consult on software architecture, integration etc.
  
  
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and Jinja is preferred
  
  
• Ability to quickly adapt to handle a wide variety of technical situations and multiple projects simultaneously
  
  
• Experience with performing user acceptance testing and managing feedback
  
  
• Ability to provide technical documentation and communicate technical requirements to our Engineering team
  
  
• Excellent interpersonal, team collaboration skills, and professional interactions with clients
  
  
• Desire to understand and interface with new technologies and business concepts
  
  
• Experience working with complex customer-facing opportunities or related projects
  
  
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  
  
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
  
  
• Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
  
  
• A passion to always be learning and self-educating as it relates to current, best practices and emerging trends in software development and the low-code platforms that we support
