• Lead discovery sessions and requirements-gathering meetings with clients to document business needs and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, timelines, and scope change logs.
• Collaborate with developers and engineers to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and requirements.
• Support pre-sales activities by reviewing client needs, developing estimates, and contributing to proposal creation.
• Manage project schedules, track deliverables, and monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Oversee and coordinate testing processes, including user acceptance testing (UAT), issue tracking, and feedback management.
• Conduct solution presentations, product demos, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement, account growth, and solution optimization.
• Maintain project data, documentation, and reporting for internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strategic problem-solving skills and initiative in identifying and proposing solutions to clients.
• Occasional client travel may be required.
