What I like most working for the Advanced Programming team at Sympo is the range of skills I get to use and the variety of tasks I'm assigned. Since I joined, I've been doing development (Quickbase, Pipelines, Javascript, Django/Python), worked on Data Governance, built BI dashboards and helped one of out client's team as a Data Analyst to assist with a cloud migration. I am also grateful to be part of a company that is so people-oriented and looks after its employees.

I’ve been with Sympo for nearly three years, and I can genuinely say that I’ve truly enjoyed my experiences here. From day one, I’ve felt fortunate to be surrounded by such a supportive and collaborative team — from my peers to senior leadership and our clients.
